You must have a working knowledge of Florida real estate procedures and the Florida title insurance industry. Title insurance closer job candidate must be able to process a file from the commitment through dispersement, including clearing Florida title issues. Florida title insurance closers must be able to prepare Florida title insurance closing documentation and settlement figures. As you know, this industry is fast-paced and requires people who are self motivated, detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills, and work well under pressure.
